This apartment exceeded our expectations! the host was extremely helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location of the apartment couldn't have been better - it was conveniently situated close to public transport and surrounded by great restaurants. We also appreciated the fact that it was in a safe and quiet area. the apartment itself was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. the beds and sofa bed were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the welcoming bottle of wine and water was a lovely touch.
The furniture was broken, the walls were dirty, and there was food and dust under the bed. Even after a cleaning was attempted, we still had issues with cleanliness, which led to discomfort and itching.
